This phase involves the follwoing steps:
- Contracting with engineering offices to prepare the architectural and structural designs and drawings for the construction of Assalam Mosque, which consists of three floors.
- Holding regular meetings with the engineers to discuss construction matters, exchange ideas, and consult with experts to achieve the best results and ensure optimal planning and coordination for building Assalam Mosque.
- Preparing the file and completing all required legal documents, as well as coordinating with government authorities to obtain the necessary construction permits. - Starting the initial construction preparations after securing the official permits, by communicating and contracting with construction companies.
- Fundraising to cover the costs of this phase, which amount to €400,000
