First phase: Land Acquisition
Securing and purchasing the land for the mosque through fundraising
This phase includes the following essential steps:
- Searching for a suitable plot of land to build the Assalam Mosque and ELAQSA School, with an area of no less than 2000 m².
- Collecting donations to purchase the land on which the Assalam Mosque and ELAQSA School project will be established, with a required amount of at least €300,000.
- Purchasing the land, signing the sales contracts, and completing all legal procedures.
After a long effort and more than nine months of searching, and with the grace of God, a plot of 2300 m² was found. The land includes a 300 m² building consisting of three floors divided into rooms, which will become the new ELAQSA School. The land with an area of 2300 m² was purchased on 04.07.2025 for €350,000.
The Assalam Mosque will be built on this land, with an approximate area of 1500 m², consisting of three floors.
